Dungeon Crates can come from online gifts or Boss drops. In Free Gifts, press CLAIM on a ready crate and wait for the reward animation or press SKIP. Possible rewards include Coins and temporary boosts. The one-time Starter Pack includes three Dungeon Crate Keys.
Get Dungeon Crates from Gifts and Boss Drops
There are two free sources of Dungeon Crates: online gifts and Boss drops. Stay in the game to unlock gifts, then open Free Gifts to see which rewards are ready to claim.
You can also open Shop from the left-side menu and scroll down to the Dungeon Crate section to see its sources and rewards. For Boss locations and preparation, see the Boss guide.
Claim a Gift Crate and Open Its Reward
- Open Free Gifts and find a Dungeon Crate whose countdown has finished.
- Press CLAIM to start the reward animation.
- Wait for the animation to finish, or press SKIP.
- Return to the gifts list and claim any other ready rewards.
Some gift rewards can open two Dungeon Crates together. The gift label tells you how many crates it contains.
Dungeon Crate Reward Types
The reward reel can include Coins, temporary Power, Coins and Luck boosts, and an item labeled Key. The Key label does not identify it as a Dungeon Crate Key or a Halloween Key.
Use Coins toward upgrades, and match a temporary boost to the activity you plan to do. See boost sources and durations for more on timing your boosts.
Dungeon Crate Keys in the Starter Pack
