Captain Kraken: Preparation and Attacks
Reach Stage 15 with an Epic or better pet. The entrance recommends 53.8M combat strength. You can start the challenge below that recommendation.
Ride your pet into the arena, click to use its basic attack and press Q when its special is ready:
- Pegasus: Use Sky Kick and Starlight Gallop.
- Fire Dragon: Use Flame Bite and Inferno Breath.
Respond to ENRAGED and Ground Warnings
When ENRAGED appears, keep attacking while watching the ground. Move out of red marked areas, then resume attacking from a safer position. Other players can join the fight and attack alongside you.
For general mounted attacks and survival, see combat controls and survival tips.
Collect Boss Rewards
After a fight, approach a ground Shell and press E when the COLLECT prompt appears. If your bag has limited space, choose the Shells you want to keep for forging or selling, then return to stash them. See the Shell collection and bag guide for carrying and storage options.
Bosses can also drop Dungeon Crates. During the Halloween event, bosses can provide a Halloween Key; one key opens one Halloween Crate. Beating the World 1 boss unlocks the Boss Breaker badge.
Volcano Tiki Chief Strategy
In Stage 10, keep attacking Volcano Tiki Chief with your mount and move out of the red circles when they appear. The Volcano Tiki Chief guide covers the fight and post-battle collection in more detail. For encounters between bosses, see the ordinary enemy directory.
