+1 Ride Pets to Fight Progression Guide: What to Improve
Last updated:
Getting stuck in +1 Ride Pets to Fight can mean you need more Power, a higher-quality pet, better survival, or a faster way to collect resources. Start by identifying the obstacle in front of you.
Quick answer
Train and use Rebirth milestones when you need more strength. Forge and ride a suitable pet when quality is the obstacle. If you keep losing health, improve your movement and use your pet’s skills. When collecting or training is slow, choose Bag, Train, or Luck upgrades for the specific bottleneck.
Check Power Recommendations and Pet Requirements Separately
Read the next gate before deciding what to improve. Stage 11 recommends 118K Power and lists an Epic Pet or better requirement. Training helps with strength, but it does not change your pet’s quality; if you need an Epic pet, work toward a suitable forge result as well.
Stage 15 recommends 53.8M Power and also lists an Epic Pet or better. The Power figure is a recommendation, not a guaranteed win or a strict entry minimum: a Stage 15 fight can begin below it. If you meet the quality requirement but struggle in the fight, improve your strength and survival before trying again.
See the stage requirements and world unlocks for more entrance details.
Build Strength and Use Rebirth Milestones
If your pet struggles to deal enough damage or survive, return to an unlocked training facility to gain Power and XP. Compare your available pets’ Power per training hit as well as their combat Health, Damage, and skills.
| Training area | Power multiplier | Rebirths required |
|---|---|---|
| Tiki Jungle | ×2 | 1 |
| Pirate training area | ×3 | 5 |
| Wizard Tower | ×5 | 10 |
Check the Rebirth menu as you gain levels. Once you meet the next requirement, rebirth for lasting bonuses, then train again to rebuild the Power and Level that reset. For example, Rebirth 9 requires Level 95: with eight completed Rebirths at Level 90, you need five more levels. The menu title identifies the next Rebirth; the Rebirths counter shows how many you have completed.
After getting a better pet, try it in training as well as combat. See training facilities and Rebirth requirements for the full details.
Forge for an Epic Pet When Quality Blocks Progress
If a gate calls for an Epic pet and you do not have a suitable one, work toward a forge result you can ride:
- Fight enemies you can handle and collect Shells.
- Return and stash your Shells, then select materials at the Egg Forge.
- Compare the displayed rarity chances before forging.
- Ride a suitable result and return to training before attempting the gate again.
For example, three Armored Shells and one Titan Shell displayed a 99.90% Epic chance and a 0.10% Legendary chance. That setup produced an Epic Elephant, which meets the listed Epic-or-better quality requirement; it is not a guaranteed Elephant recipe.
See Egg Forge combinations and chances for more material choices.
Address Survival Before Repeating a Difficult Fight
If your pet loses Health too quickly, back away from continuous attacks and move out of red ground attack areas. Attack when it is safe, and use your pet’s control skill when available to make space.
Compare another pet’s Health and special skill as well as its Damage. If you already have Ghoul, it offers a recovery option: its Undying Hunger ability grants a six-second berserk state after falling, and a kill during that state restores Health to 30%.

Fix the Resource Loop That Is Slowing You Down
Spend Coins on the improvement that addresses your next task:
| Bottleneck | What to improve |
|---|---|
| Your Shell bag fills too quickly | Buy Bag upgrades to carry more Shells before returning. |
| You need more Power per training hit | Buy Train upgrades; equip Brawler if you have it saved for AFK dummy training. |
| You want better Shell drops | Buy Luck upgrades. If you have Pharaoh saved, equip it for Boss Shell rewards and resource bonuses. |
If the purchase says Not enough coins, earn more Coins first. An upgrade to carrying capacity helps longer collection runs, while Train and Luck address different parts of the loop. Use EQUIP to activate a saved race for the activity you are doing.
